In Dublin in the morning, Eileen went shopping while the boys went to go grab some lunch before taking the taxi to the Dublin airport. After trying to spend our last Irish pounds, we flew from Dublin back to the Manchester airport and took our rental mini-van back to Bolton where we re-packed and had some pizza for dinner. It was almost a 3 hour drive up to Newcastle upon Tyne where we met Sarah's mum, Pat. Pat has a great house here. From the outside, it looks no bigger than Sarah's place but on the inside it has 4 levels, 8 bedrooms, an office, a living room, a really cozy family room, a dining room and a kitchen as well as a workspace area in the back. After catching up with Pat on what we and she have been doing this past week we went to bed for the night to try to get up early for our 9 am tee time. |
